Onai is a food and nutrition tracking application available on iOS and Android. Contact us at support@onaiapp.io.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Onai, or 16 in the EU and UK. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
Free tier: a limited number of scans per month plus a daily dish suggestion.
Pro subscription: unlimited scans, three daily dish suggestions, and recipe variants. Billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Pro codes: single-use codes granting permanent Pro access. Non-transferable and void if shared or resold.
Refunds: payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must go through the relevant app store.
Nutritional estimates, dish suggestions, and recipes are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. Calorie and macro values are approximations and may vary from actual values.
Onai and all its content, design, and branding are owned by us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Content you submit remains yours. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the app's features.
Onai is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings in the app. All data is permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
